How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com for any cancellation request. As long as the order has not shipped (which is usually 24 hours), you may cancel the order and we will process it manually. We will also refund you the full amount if the payment has come through to us. This may take a couple of days depending on our team's working hours.
However, if the order has shipped, you will need to first return the package to us unopened. In this case we will send you a return shipping label, and we will refund you once we received the package
